As a certified coach, I help my clients to find more fulfillment in their (work) lives and design a life and career that reflects who they are. Because it´s not only about a job but about what life you want to live!

I am the proud host of two podcasts: The Designing A Colourful (Work) Life podcast that is all about tools, techniques, and inspiration to create a purposeful, balanced, fulfilling career and life. And Zwei Coaches quatschen (German) in which I talk with my friend and fellow coach Eike about how to live and work authentically.

Hey, I am Laura, a corporate marketing drop-out, certified coach, multi-passionate career-changer, and business owner. I love coffee, dogs, and good books.

I truly believe that if more people pursued work that mattered to them, and found meaning in their careers and life, the world would be a more colorful, vibrant, and loving place.

The drastic changes over the last few years have shown us that what has worked in the past is not working anymore. In all areas of our lives, resilience, adaptability, self-leadership, and a strong inner value compass have become crucial to successfully navigating a changing world. New work and diversity, equity & inclusion are more than buzzwords, and we are in need of a new type of leaders to make the changes happen that this world needs.
