Episode 7: How we stay motivated


A few words: I am not sure yet what the best format is to make our (German) podcast accessible to everyone. This rough summary is the first attempt. It might change with time or when I find another way of sharing episodes with you. 


We recorded this episode of “Two Coaches Chatting” on a Monday and chose a matching topic: motivation!

We approach this topic from different angles and also don´t shy away from sharing what the reasons are when we are lacking motivation - and what we do in such situations!
